I have reviewed RAG-Twentymile Coal Company's 2008 Reclamation Report for the Foidel Creek Mine for
compliance with Rule 2.04.13.

February 15, 2010
Page 2.04-82 of the Permit commits to submittal of the ARR by March 15`h of the year following the
reported calendar year. TCC submitted the 2009 ARR prior to the required date.

included.

(e) The species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during 2009, including any
augmented seeding or cultural practices; 34.0 acres
TCC reported that weed management practices were employed, and provided detail regarding the
location, species targeted for control, products used, and timing of application. (PAP section
2.05.4(2)(e)(v) p. 2.05-114 through 2.05-114c)
(f) Location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously revegetated areas.

(2) The permittee may provide additional monitoring information as required by the approved permit.
