Much of the <br />technical analyses have been done in accordance with the environmental guidelines issued by the States of <br />Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming. <br />TCC personnel have met with the CMLRD and OSM during the formulation and review of the permit to discuss all <br />aspects of mining and reclamation plans. Most of the technical work in this application has proceeded or was <br />generated in accordance with determinations and conversations with these agencies. As questions concerning <br />various parts of the Rules emerged, TCC immediately contacted the CMLRD for direction and guidance <br />concerning the methodologies to be followed. <br />In reference to Permit Revision 97-04, TCC personnel met with the DMG during the formulation of the permit <br />document to discuss pertinent topics associated with the permit revision. All water sampling and analysis are <br />conducted in conformance with protocols established in "Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and <br />Wastewater". <br />The data and analysis of water quality samples obtained for the EMD and Northern Mining District are as follows: <br />Exhibits 10 and II <br />It is assumed the sampling and analysis occurred during 1982 based upon the date of the hole. <br />• <br />PR 03-06 2.03-3.1 03/02/04
