Martin <br />Executive Director <br />Re: Barton Pit, Permit M-2000-149, Continuance of Possible Violation to April MLRB <br />Meeting <br />Dear Mr. Barton: <br />On March 10, 2010 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board continued the hearing of the <br />possible violation for failure to post full financial warranty at the Barton Pit site until the April <br />2010 Board meeting. This additional continuance was granted to allow additional time for the <br />posting of the full financial warranty for the site.
