GEOTECHNICAL STABILITY REPORT
The mining of the Eagle Mountain Pit will result in finished grades for the perimeter
slopes of 3:1. Discussions with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
have indicated that slopes of 3:1 would not trigger a requirement for a geotechnical
stability report.
