ADDENDUM-"A" EXHIBIT N (Page 2) <br />Lessor and Lessee agree to add approximately 30.63 acres to the current Sand and <br />Gravel Lease between Ann E. Charchalis and Nick Charchalis and Moffat County, a <br />body corporate politic, dated December 17, 2006, for the purpose of extracting sand <br />and gravel from the Property as shown on the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B". <br />This addendum shall not change any of the terms of the existing lease.
