The following Metes & Bounds description of a portion of the Colowyo Mine Permit
Boundary includes parts of the railroad loop and loadout facilities, mine access road,
and a pipeline corridor located within portions of the S/2 of Section 13, portions of the
SE /4SE /4 of Section 15, portions of the E/2 of Section 22, portions of Section 23, and
portions of the W /2NW /4 of Section 24, all within Township 4N, Range 93W, 6th PM,
Moffat County, Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows:
