In accordance with <br />Section 4.08.2 of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal <br />Mining, you have the opportunity to request pre -blast surveys of all structures owned and <br />operated by you and or your organization that are located within one -half mile of the proposed <br />permit boundary expansion. A description of the permit area is attached to this letter, in addition <br />to structures and or dwellings that Colowyo has identified as being within one -half mile of the <br />proposed permit boundary.
