We have received the DRMS Application Preliminary Adequacy Review
which includes two issues that require on-site re-evaluation. Nuvemco is unable to obtain
information necessary because current weather and snow covered ground conditions
prohibit site access and evaluation.
Nuvemco respectfully requests a 60-day extension of the decision date from April 14 to
June 14, 2010 and we ask that you forward this request to the Mined Land Reclamation
Board confirming that site conditions prevent access for site re-evaluation. Nuvemco
will address those two issues as soon as weather permits so the review process can be
finished no later than June 14.
Sincerely,
ef, G(? e??Oc?
E.
