This revision was submitted by Bowie Resources LLC (BRL) for the Bowie
No. 2 Mine. In MR-116, BRL is proposing to construct a one mile long light use road in order to
provide better access from the mine to the Terror Creek public road.
Attached is one complete copy of the MR-116 submittal. The proposed road location is shown on
Map 9 in green on the west side of the permit area.
The submittal was called complete on Monday, March 22. Therefore, the decision is due April 1.
If you could get your adequacy review memo back by March 30, that would be great. If you need
more time or any additional information, please let me know. Thanks for your assistance.
Attachments
cc: Sandy Brown (without attachments)
R
c:/word2007/bowie2/mrl l 6memo 1
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
