The attached Review Checklist summarizes the results of my review of the above-
referenced Subsidence Report. The reports fulfill the reporting requirements for the time
period. Subsidence impacts appear to be consistent with those predicted in the permit
application. Impacts to structures and renewable resource lands were as predicted in the
permit application. I have no adequacy comments for the mine operator.
