Martin <br />Executive Director <br />The attached Review Checklist summarizes the results of my review of the above- <br />referenced Subsidence Report. The reports fulfill the reporting requirements for the time <br />period. Subsidence impacts appear to be consistent with those predicted in the permit <br />application. Impacts to structures and renewable resource lands were as predicted in the <br />permit application.
