Based upon their expert knowledge, Western <br />is sending this letter to you to indicate that it finds the proposal by Bowie Resources to be <br />acceptable. The amendment to Bowie's B-Seam mining plan and the location of the one <br />geotechnical hole will have little to no impact on Western's Curecanti-Rifle 230-kilovolt <br />transmission line structures closest to the mining activities proposed to occur in sections 5 and 8, <br />Township 13 South, Range 91 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Delta County, Colorado. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to review the additional materials related to Bowie Resources, <br />LLC, proposed underground mine workings.
