As the activities at the Yoast Mine have ceased, no expansion of the <br />permit area is proposed, and no increase in disturbed acreage within the permit area is <br />proposed, we have no concerns regarding effects to historic properties for the subject permit <br />renewal. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
