Plan
Adequate Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) will be conducted in
accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Exhibit 15-1 provides the standard
specifications for 30-mil non-reinforced PVC geomembrane liner used in buried
applications in accordance with ASTM D 7176.

Prior to installation of the liner, a QC inspector will verify that the surface bedding of
the liner has been smoothened and freed of all sharp rocks (all rock and stone greater
than 1 inch diameter), objects, vegetation, and other miscellaneous debris.
Immediately prior to the placement of backfill, the geomembrane, seams, and non-
seam areas will be visually inspected by a QC inspector for defects, holes, or damage
due to weather conditions or construction activities. At the QC inspector's discretion,
the surface of the geomembrane liner will be brushed, blown, or washed as necessary
if the amount of dust, mud, or foreign material inhibits inspection or functioning of
the overlying material. All damage to the geomembrane liner will be repaired prior to
the placement of backfill. Detailed QA/QC requirements are provided in the technical
specifications provided in the design for DRMS review and approval. Technical
specifications are included as Attachment S.
Denison will provide a certification by a professional engineer or other appropriately
qualified professional that will confirm that the facilities were constructed in
accordance with the approved design plan.
