:1640 W. Hwy. M. Alamosaa Co.81101 :(Tt91589,BBtT <br />REVISED EXHIBIT G <br />WATER INFORMATION <br />(1) This operation will not directly affect surface or groundwater systems. <br />(a.) There is an existing free flowing artesian well located on property, but <br />outside the permit area. Seasonal water exists in the low spot between <br />Phase II & Phase III. It is not exposed -groundwater The artesian well has <br />been on the property since the late 1800's. It is unregistered and no records <br />are available. Although there are currently no livestock on the property, the <br />well can be occasionally used as a source for livestock. The well and pond <br />are located outside the permit area and there will be no adverse impact to the <br />well or pond. <br />(b.) the estimated depth to aquifer is: 100' <br />(c.) the estimated flow rate of well is: 1 -2 gallons per minute <br />(d.) the distance of well from affected boundaries is: 450' West of Phase II, <br />and 180' East of Phase III <br />(2) Not applicable <br />(3) No water will be used in this operation <br />(4) Not applicable <br />(5) No water of any type will be discharged from the site. The topography of the site <br />will retain all water within permit boundaries. Under these conditions no NPDES <br />permit is required. <br />
