The seed types are native to the San Luis <br />Valley area. <br />It will take one to two days to plant the seed. Seeding will be done using a <br />broadcast method, or drilling if necessary. The best time to plant will be in the <br />spring from April 1 to June 30 or in the fall from August 1 to October 31. No <br />mulch or fertilizer will used for planting the new seed. No trees or shrubs will be <br />planted. <br />(e) Reclamation will be done on any 3 acre area within 12 months after <br />disturbance is complete. <br />(i). Reclamation of each phase is expected to be a continual process once <br />the initial 3 acres is disturbed. <br />(ii). The size of Phase I reclamation will be 19.57 acres, Phase II <br />will be 35.92 acres and Phase III will be 33.89 acres. <br />(iii). The sequence of reclamation will be: <br />1. Lay slopes back during extraction at a 3H:1 V slope. <br />2. Seed following 12 months of no mining in any 3 acre area. <br />
