Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />in a letter dated March 11, 2010, the Division informed you that it had reason to believe a violation <br />existed at the May Day Mine due to failure to comply with the Corrective Actions of Violation MV-2009- <br />035. However, after careful consideration of the Corrective Actions of Violation MV-2010-001, the <br />Division has decided to withdraw its reason to believe a violation exists. <br />Therefore, the Division has withdrawn its reason to believe a violation exists. Additionally, the item has <br />been withdrawn from the Mined Land Reclamation Board's agenda, previously scheduled for the April 14- <br />15, 2010 Board meeting.
