Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />in a letter dated March 12, 2010, the Division provided notice of possible forfeiture of financial warranty <br />involving the two certificates of deposits referenced above. Please note that the Division has withdrawn <br />the enforcement action against Wildcat Mining Corporation and hereby withdraws its notice of possible <br />forfeiture previously provided to First National Bank of Durango. There will be no Formal Board Hearing <br />on April 14-15, 2010, involving Wildcat Mining Corporation or the financial warranty involving the two <br />certificates of deposit held by First National Bank of Durango.
