2. It is our understanding that project coordination has been assigned to Mr. James Blair, Geologist,
and as a result Mr. Blair and his team will need time to get up to speed on the documentation. To
ensure timely responses, Denison would like to recommend that BLM and Denison establish a
review schedule, including regular review meetings.
3. Going forward, BLM should address all concerns in writing to ensure that proper communication
is maintained to address each and every issue or question so that there is no misunderstandings
and that issues can be addressed in a timely fashion. Denison cannot continue to respond to
verbal requests from the BLM.
4. If additional studies or data collection are determined to be needed by BLM to address significant
concerns or to prevent undue degradation (in a historical mining area), Denison requests written
justification for additional studies or data collection pertaining to significant impacts at the
Sunday Mines Complex, in accordance with NEPA requirements.
I look forward to your response to this letter as soon as possible, so we can move forward jointly to
finalize what has become a lengthy and costly endeavor. If you have any questions please do not hesitate
to contact me at (303) 389 - 4165 or by e-mail.
Regard
DENISON MINES (USA) CORP.
Philip G.
