The statuses of the corrective actions are as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: Failure to delineate the boundaries of the affected area. <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of photographic <br />documentation showing the boundary markers of the affected area. <br />Compliance Problem 3: Failure to remove and segregate topsoil. <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of a Technical Revision <br />addressing the importation of topsoil for reclamation purposes. <br />If you have any questions, please call me at (303) 866-3567 x8116. <br />Sincerely, <br />/?V V r <br />Michael A.
