Joint Venture Resource <br />operation, . reclamation permit number-'. 1vI-1992-069: A lett <br />er from Aggregate <br />Industries =WCR, Inc. authorizing submittal of the technical revision materials is <br />attached The 'City. Of. Greeley proposes entering into agreement with Aggregate <br />Industries -WCR, Inc:. (mine operator and permit holder) :and Mr: Carl Hill; (property <br />owner) to direct urban, stormwater drainage through `the mine pit and proposed f naF <br />groundwater lake. As presented in the current reclamation plan (Exhibit E), the final land: <br />use for the site includes the creation of two lakes with reclaimed shorelines for private <br />and recreational use. This technical revision onlyaffects the 'easte'rn most.' lake acid <br />associated shoreline.: Existing grading; t-'psoiling, and`revegetation methods proposed in <br />the current reclamation plan.` (Exhibit E) ; and reclamation plan map (Exhibit- F) are <br />generally not. affected by this revision. ` <br />Revisions to the eastern groundwater lake are presented on the'attached Reclamation Plan <br />Map Revisions. As "illustrated on the plan map, the proposed storriiwater channel will <br />: enter the site from under F Street to the: south.
