Re: Marr Mine, C1980-006, 2009 Annual Reclamation Report Review.
Dear Mr. Patterson:
The Division has reviewed Kerr Coal Company's 2009 Annual Reclamation Report for the Marr Mine.
The Marr Mine is a reclaimed surface mine that has received Phase III bond release on all but 8 acres at the
Mine site, 9.0 acres consisting of the mine access road, and 11.7 acres at the Loadout. Please find the
Division's comments below.
