The topics and numbers herein correspond directly to <br />your comments. In some cases just responses are given and in others the <br />responses point to changes in the revised exhibits: With regard to the Clay Liner <br />Design and Specifications section in Exhibit E, we hope to have added enough <br />detail to qualify for the reduced bonding option. <br />1. With regard to the letter form the Colorado Office of Archaeology and <br />Historic Preservation, the operator will agree to follow CRS 24-80 Part 13, <br />.should human remains be found. With regard to the letter from the <br />Colorado Division of Water Resources, the operator has applied for a well <br />permit and, temporary substitute water supply plan. There are no alluvial <br />wells within 600 ft of the permit area. With regard to the letter form the <br />Army Corps of Engineers, the project will not dredge or fill any aquatic <br />sites as described in the letter. <br />o . <br />?., lication Form <br />o Coulson Excavating Co.., Inc has been revised to Coulson Excavating <br />Company, Inc. in item 1. of the application. <br />3. Items No. 6 and 7 have-been filled out. <br />4.
