USES PERMfMD: <br />A gravel extraction operation, including all equipment as is normally necessary for a gravel <br />extraction operation, which shall include but not be limited to: <br />¦ Front-end loaders <br />• Scrapers <br />¦ Motor Graders <br />• Bulldozers <br />• Trackhoes <br />¦ Tractor Trailers <br />• Tandem-axle end dumps <br />• Articulated haul trucks <br />• Water Trucks <br />¦ Wet and Dry Screening Plant <br />• Crushers <br />• Portable Belt Conveyor <br />¦ Concrete Batch Plant <br />¦ Asphalt Plant <br />No mining or quarry operations shall be permitted on the 42 acre access parcel. <br />3. LOCATION OF PERMITTED USE: A 15 acre parcel located in the NE 1/4, Section 32, <br />Township 2 North, Range 76 west of the 6d P.M., Grand County Colorado, as further described on <br />attached Exhibit "A". <br />4. BEGINNING DATE OF THE PERMIT: January 26, 2010 <br />ENDING DATE OF PERMIT: January 26, 2013 <br />5. CONDITIONS OF THE PERMIT: <br />A. Hours of Operation: <br />The permitted operations shall be twelve (12) months a year. Prior to the Permittee crushing <br />during the winter months (November 1 through March 31), the Perminee shall notify the <br />Department of Planning and Zoning as to when crushing operations will occur. <br />Days and hours of operation shall be Monday through Saturday 7:00 am. to 7:00 p.m. <br />There is no restriction of hours or days on maintenance of equipment. <br />B. Mitigation of Offsho Impacts: <br />Permittee shall construct a berm on the west side of the permitted property. Once the berm is in <br />place and the quarry is operational, no sky lining of equipment or structures shall be allowed. <br />The Perrnittee shall revegetate the bean by October 1, 2010, and then yearly thereafter by <br />October 1, until vegetation is established. <br />C. Fencing, <br />All fencing shall be compliant with Colorado Division of Wildlife friendly fencing practices. <br />D. Noise and Dust Control: <br />Permittee shall not allow noise and dust to create a nuisance to adjoining properties. Dust shall <br />be controlled on the site at all times, as stated within the fugitive dust plan on file with the <br />Department of Planning and Zoning. Permittee shall comply with all applicable County, State and <br />Federal laws relating to dust or other air pollution. <br />E. Noxious Weed Control: <br />Noxious weeds shall be controlled on an annual basis. <br />F. Water <br />The floor of the gravel pit operations shall be at least three (3) feet above ground water. <br />P
