WILDCAT MINING CORPORATION <br />110(2) PERMIT. <br />March 12, 2010 Amendment M- 1981 -185 <br />EXHIBIT F <br />Rule 6.3.6 <br />LIST OF OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED <br />Local Permits and Approvals <br />La Plata County Land Use Permit <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation (Wildcat) submitted a Class II La Plata County Land Use Permit for <br />the Mayday Mill to the La Plata County Planning Department on July 4, 2009. A revised permit <br />is currently being completed <br />La Plata County: Driveway Permit <br />• Wildcat has an approved driveway permit for access to and from County Road 124 <br />State Permits <br />Colorado Pollutant Discharge Elimination System <br />A Colorado Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (CPDES) permit application is in the <br />process of being completed for the Mayday No.I mine portal (Figure C -1). The permit will be <br />submitted to and approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment <br />(CDPHE) prior to any discharge activities. There are no other discharges anticipated to occur at <br />the site. <br />Stormwater Management Plan <br />A Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) has been completed for the Mayday Mill property and <br />was received by DRMS April 13, 2009 (Attachment C -6).
