The Division is returning these <br />documents for the following: <br />Succession of Operators Application: <br />The Division requires the successor company name listed throughout this application match the company name <br />listed with the State of Colorado Secretary of State's office (i.e. "Pioneer Sand Company, Inc." rather than "Pioneer <br />Sand Co Inc"). Please have your notary make and initial this correction within the Notary for Successor section on <br />page 5. <br />Performance Warranty: <br />The Division requires the operator company name listed throughout this application match the company name <br />listed with the State of Colorado Secretary of State's office (i.e. "Pioneer Sand Company, Inc." rather than "Pioneer <br />Sand Co Inc"). Please have your notary make and initial this correction within the Notarization of Operator's <br />Acknowledgement section on page 3. <br />Upon correction, please return these documents to my attention. <br />Please note that, to date, the Division has not vet received the required fmancial warranty from Pioneer Sand Company <br />Inc. for this site.
