On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL), following are <br />its responses to the DRMS' comments and concerns. <br />Ground Water <br />1. A brief discussion of the proposed down gradient monitoring wells is included on the fifth <br />paragraph on page 2.04-25. Page 2.04-26 is enclosed to handle the text overrun from <br />page 2.04-25. <br />Geotechnical Review <br />16. The predicted fault trace was added to Map 14-B. <br />General Comments- Maps <br />22E. The Outcrop-D line was added to the eastern portion of Map-27. <br />The USDA-FS should have its letter of approval to the DMRS in a few days. <br />Pages 2.04-25 & 26 and Maps- 14-B and 27 are enclosed. <br />Sincerely, <br />J.
