A description of each section <br />follows. <br />Section 1.0 reports 2009 reclamation activity as specified in Section 2.04.13 of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board Regulations for Coal Mining. All appropriate maps are enclosed. <br />Section 2.0 is reserved for future use. <br />Section 3.0 is a report on Trapper's drainage reconstruction efforts 1987-2009. It consists of a narrative <br />segment describing our reconstruction methods and results and reference maps showing the locations of <br />our drainage reconstruction efforts mine wide. In 2009, no new drainage reconstruction had been <br />performed. <br />Section 4.0 is reserved for future use. <br />Section 5.0 addresses topsoil stockpiles constructed in 2009 and proposed 2010 topsoil stockpile <br />locations. Table 5-1 describes topsoil stockpile locations, size and approximate volumes. Additionally, <br />Map 1 has been updated to show all existing topsoil stockpiles mine wide with appropriate identification <br />numbers. <br />Section 6.0 is the stock tank and dozer basin section. Map 1 contains stock tank and dozer basin <br />locations. <br />Section 7.0 is titled Miscellaneous and contains reports required by CDRMS. Section 7.1 discusses <br />vegetation monitoring on Trapper's reclaimed areas. Section 7.2 discusses grazing of reclaimed areas. <br />Section 7.3 summarizes the proposed 2010 seed mixes as approved with TR-74.
