Please find attached a review worksheet and memo comments from DRMS staff. <br />Issues that need clarification or correction have been noted in Bold Italics. General staff comments have been noted in <br />plain italics. DRMS must receive responses back by April 2, 2010 in order to finish the review and calculate the <br />reclamation liability before the April 14, 2010 deadline. There is no opportunity for an extension of the decision date. <br />As noted in earlier correspondence per Rule 1.4.1(9): If, at the end of the 365 day period (April 14, 2010), the <br />application has outstanding adequacy issues, the Office may set the matter for a Board hearing.
