No Ore <br />or low-grade material exists on the surface as also illustrated in the attached photos. <br />Denison continues to work with the BLM on the Environmental Assessment process for a proposed expansion <br />of the waste rock pile at the Topaz site; however environmental characterization activities as a part of this <br />process are not likely to fall under DRMS's definition of mining.
