<br />tion for a renewal of a valid, existing permit to conduct [Wining in Colorado to the Division of Reclamation, Mining
<br />and Safety for its New Horizon Mine, Permit No. '

<br />The permit area contains some 922.18 acres of private lands. These areas are situated as follows:

<br />A copy of the pemmit renewal application is available for public inspection at the Montrose County
<br />Courthouse Annex. Nucla, Colorado. A copy of the approved permit application document, as well as the renewal
<br />application, is available at the Denver and Grand Junction offices of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and
<br />Safety [Room 215, 1313 Sherman St., Denver. CO 80203, (303) 866-3567; 101 South 3rd, Suite 301. Grand
<br />Junction, CO 81501, (970) 242-5025]. Written comments, objections or 9 request for an informal conference on
<br />the proposed permit renewal may be submitted to the Division of Reclamation. Mining and Safety, Denver or
<br />Grand Junction offices, and must be received by the Division within 30 days after final publication of this notice.
