TS East was permitted to sit on Section 16 <br />reclamation, east of the final cut of the Section 16 Pit, and was permitted to contain <br />approximately 13,300,000 cubic yards of overburden. Additionally, <br />the chart shows that in TR-81 there is no proposed overburden temporarily stockpiled on <br />the East Taylor or West Taylor Fills. This information does not match the information <br />shown on Map 45 - South Taylor Fill. Cross-sections A-A' and E-E' clearly show a <br />large volume of temporary overburden stockpiled on the East Taylor Fill. Cross-sections <br />B-B' and D-D' clearly show temporary overburden stockpiled on the West Taylor Fill. <br />Cross-section E-E' clearly shows temporary overburden stockpiled in the final cut area of <br />the Section 16 Pit. Please review the referenced chart and correctly describe the <br />volumes of temporary overburden that are proposed to be stockpiled on the East <br />Taylor Fill, West Taylor Fill, final cut area of the Section 16 Pit and Section 16 Pit <br />reclamation. Please include a chart and description of these volumes in the text <br />under Rule 4.09 - Disposal of Excess Spoil, which begins on Page 20 (South <br />Taylor/Lower Wilson-Rule 4, Page 20) in Volume 12. <br />17. In Colowyo's response to incompleteness question 1 (the Division's 14 September 2009 <br />Incompleteness Letter) a chart is included that shows permanent and temporary fill <br />volumes for the East and West Taylor Fills and the temporary overburden stockpiles.
