Part of the area between stations 14+00 and 16+00 have been mined <br />down to an elevation of 6099. <br />Western Slope Aggregate, Inc. has not under- went any stripping activities during the 2009 operating <br />season.'The existing 25,806 cubic yards of topsoil that is placed between station 0+00 and 3+00 is still in <br />place for later reclamation use. <br />The pit has also taken in 22,000 cubic yards of inert material that was placed on the southeast property <br />line at station 5+00 and pushed around to the north boundary headed west. This material was placed in <br />two-foot (2') lifts as to keep the slope stabilized to accept finish sloping We have followed the TR-003 <br />technical review and have inspected each load coming in as well as their placement. <br />No new reclamation has been done. <br />"Financial Warrant" is in place. <br />All corners are marked, with appropriate interval signs still in place. <br />March 4, 2010 <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />l Joi °-_ /t't - - <br />William M.
