Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) has completed the reviewed above referenced <br />112c amendment application. All issues are addressed or clarified to DRMS satisfaction. Therefore <br />DRMS is pleased to inform United / Old Castle that Amendment AM-03 is approved. <br />Amendment AM-03 addresses the following: <br />1) Adds 97.68 acres to the 102.613 existing permit for a total of 200.293 acres. <br />2) Keeps the total disturbance area at anyone time to 20 acres. <br />3) Modifies the reclamation plan seed mix. <br />4) Increases the bond from the currently held amount of $48,912.00 to $92,230.00. <br />Please submit the appropriate bonding documentation to Elizabeth Merry in the DRMS Denver Office. <br />If there are any questions regarding those documents please contact Elizabeth at 303-866-3567, Ext. <br />8148.
