No. TR-11 n/ <br />Dear Mr. Shuey: / <br />A (condition of the Division approva)of Technical Revision TR-11 of MLRB Permit M- <br />1980-047 applicable to the Colony Shale Oil Project is the submission of construction <br />and abandonment specifications and abandonment costs for the 1) water monitoring well <br />established on the Colony mine bench downgradient of the Electrofrac construction tests, <br />and 2) horizontal boreholes installed in the Colony Mine tunnels. Enclosed is the <br />documentation in response of this condition. <br />Given the small reclamation costs estimated for this work relative to the existing <br />reclamation bond for the Project, we request that the existing bond be considered as <br />adequate to cover the reclamation costs associated with Technical Revision No. TR-11. <br />0 <br />Please let me know if you have any question or need further information.
