Martin <br />Executive Director <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted NPDES Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for January <br />2010, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0027154 on March 2, <br />2010. According to TCC's report, Outfall 005A (Pond D) and Outfall 008A (Pond G) had the only <br />discharges during January 2010. No parameter exceedances were reported for this outfall. <br />Please note that page 2 of the form used for Outfall 004A (Pond C) is in disagreement with the description <br />of the pond. Although Outfall 004A correlates to Pond C, page 2 of the DMR form states, "Mine 1, Pond T <br />to Foidel Creek." Please use the form that correlates to the outfall, or make corrections on the form. <br />The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
