Section 3, Township 32 <br />North, Range 7 East. N.M.P.M., Conalas County. <br />6) The use of ground water from this well Is limited to drinking and sanitary facilities for a caommerclal business, gravel <br />washing, batch plant, dust suppression, reclamation, ordinary household uses in 1 single family dwelling, and the <br />watering of not more than 1,000 square feet of lawn and garden. <br />7) The pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 150 GPM. <br />8) The annual consumptive use of ground water from this well shall not exceed 5 acre-feet. <br />8) The return Now from the use of this well must be through an Individual waste water disposal system of the <br />non-evaporative type where the water Is returned to the same stream system In which the well is located. <br />10) The owner shall mark the wall in a conspicuous place with well permit number(s), name of the aquifer, and court case <br />number(s) as appropriate. The owner shall take necessary means and precautions to preserve these markings. <br />11) A totalliing flow meter must be installed on this well and maintained in good working order.
