This hole is <br />completed above the D seam. <br />" Probe sticking to side of casing before hitting bottom or water. <br />- Outer casing full of water & seeping downsides of well. Unable to get probe very far down. <br />• <br />Baseline Information Collection initiated on 10/12/00 and not yet considered complete. <br />Point DH-65 has not been influenced by mining. <br />Figure No. 144 <br />The area of concern for monitoring point DH-65 has not been affected by the mining operation. Therefore, all recorded <br />monitoring events are considered Baseline. <br />
