Please add to the total affected area acreage figure in Section 2.03.8(2) the number of <br />acres in the PSCM permit area that will have been affected by only surface mining <br />activities. <br />Section 2.05.6(2) <br />66. Page 2.04-171 of the permit application indicates there may be potential for impacts to <br />v certain fish species in the Yampa River system if PSCM activities result in consumptive <br />use of water or changes in water quality.
