1* 2.05.3 <br />Thickener <br />The thickener is a concrete structure where water is cleaned and returned to <br />the wash plant. The tank is approximately 70 feet in diameter and 10 feet <br />high. The reinforced concrete walls and floor are approximately 10 inches <br />thick. <br />Refuse Bin <br />The refuse bin will be utilized to hold surges in refuse production from the <br />wash plant and will load refuse haul trucks. The refuse bin is constructed of <br />structural steel and is approximately 20 feet by 20 feet by 60 feet high. <br />Transfer Buildings <br />Two transfer buildings are associated with the wash plant. One transfers the <br />plant feed and the other transfers clean coal. Both are constructed of <br />structural steel and are 16 feet by 16 feet in plan view. The plant feed <br />transfer building is 32 feet high. The clean coal transfer building is 16 feet <br />high. <br />Loadout Transfer Building <br />The loadout transfer building is a structural steel building where the reclaim <br />belt terminates. The coal transfers to the loadout conveyor. The dimensions <br />of the building are approximately 20 feet by 20 feet by 45 feet high. <br />Loadout Structure - Batch Weigh System <br />The loadout structure is a structural steel building where the loadout <br />conveyor terminates. The coal is batch weighed and loaded into rail cars at <br />this location. The dimensions of the building are approximately 30 feet by 40 <br />feet by 120 feet high. <br />Railroad Track <br />Unit trains will approach the loadout from the west and switch off the <br />mainline to the south and enter the lead track. The lead track is <br />approximately 8240 -feet long. There is also a parallel storage track that is <br />3,570 feet long. Approximately 2800 -feet of mainline track was relocated to <br />facilitate construction of the loadout. <br />Pipe Under Gob Pile No. 3 <br />A temporary 6 -inch diameter pipe located under gob pile number 3 to convey <br />0 pond discharge water to an undisturbed drainage.
