2.04.3 <br />(4) The permit and adjacent areas are in Delta County where there are no land <br />use classifications. The permit and adjacent areas can be segregated into <br />four different areas concerning land use classification as follows: 1) the <br />rugged mountainous terrain classified as rangeland and/or wildlife habitat; 2) <br />the area along the highway corridor. This area that includes the Terror Creek <br />Loadout, old King Mine, power plant and highway is classified as industrial or <br />commercial; 3) the homes located along old State Highway 133 that are <br />classified residential and 4) the lower orchards and pastures that are <br />classified cropland and pastureland respectively. <br />• <br />to <br />PR -12 2.04-7- 02/10 <br />
