The Division shall pursuant to Rule 3.04.2(5), notify the First National <br />Bank of Trinidad of its option to demonstrate to the Division its ability to <br />complete the reclamation plan, as an alternative to the Division <br />proceeding with collection of the forfeited bond amount pursuant to Rule <br />3.04.2(1)(c). <br />3. If the amount of the bonds is insufficient to pay for the full cost of <br />reclamation, then pursuant to Rule 3.04.2(6), the permittee shall be liable <br />for the balance. Emergency pond repair work <br />was completed in August 1993 for a cost of approximately $5400.00. A <br />significant amount of work including reclamation of the Linden Avenue loadout, <br />grading at the contour strip mine, pond and ditch reconstruction, permanent <br />channel reconstruction, and revegetation was completed in 1995 for a cost of <br />about $82,000.00. Pond removal, access road repair, ditch reconstruction, and <br />revegetation were completed in 2000 for a cost of $39,000.00. In the fall of 2000, <br />reseeding tasks were completed for an approximate cost of 2,500.00. Including <br />minor change orders and contingency costs, the entirety of the $132,280.00 in <br />11
