The Division reviewed the RN5 application and sent an
adequacy letter to TCC on January 16, 2009. TCC anticipates additional time necessary to respond to the
Division's concerns, and has requested the proposed decision date for RN5 be extended to March 31, 2010.
The Division concurs with this request. The proposed decision date for RN5 has been extended to March 31,
2010.
Sincerely,
Binns
Protection Specialist II
66-3567 ext. 8107
C://jhb/C82056/RN5/Extension 03312010.doc
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
