Venture Resources would like to request a Decision Date extension concerning our application M-2009-076. Inorder
to prepare a thorough and complete response to the questions brought forth in the DRMS Adequacy Review, we will
need more time.
We anticipate being able to submit our responses by April 30`x'. Based on that, we wish to request a May 14, 2010
date for consideration of this permit.
