The County has acquired a permit to mine gravel on that property and
therefore we will be extending our permit to become a regular 112. This will
allow both the County and us to achieve the most use of each of our properties.
We are planning to apply for the 112 permit during 2010.
We are planning on crushing and washing approximately 20,000 tons in
2010.
Sincerely,
Joe Docheff, Vice-President
Enc. 2
