We will not disturb the creek and adjoining wetlands in <br />Phase 1 A and 1 B at this time. <br />Permanent wetlands are developing in Phase 1 A, Phase 1 B, Phase 1 C, and Phase 2. <br />Ground water monitoring wells are in place up gradient of the property as shown on <br />Exhibit C-2.
