On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "windown Picture and Fax Viewer" or'TaW and they do not work with QuwkVnw. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "IrhnView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfaaView", it needs to be con$gured as your default tif viewer. DBMS does not support this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other or endorse programs that work as well, such such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Insbucdons: 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. ' Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD. into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autonm program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. The Permit File document images can be viewed Is the reception area of the DBMS office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the,time and labor of making the CD. DRMS cannot provide computer related support.
