Cattany <br />Rifle, CO 81650 Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Natural Soda Inc., Nacholite Project, Peymit No. M-1983-194?, //Approval of 112 Reclamation Permit <br />Technical Revision Package, TR-28.V -= <br />Dear Mr. Warneke: <br />On February 24, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on January 22, 2010, addressing the following: <br />• Installation of four nacholite appraisal/exploration core holes. After completion of coring, logging and <br />testing operations, all holes will be completed as a subsidence and/or ground water monitoring wells or <br />abandoned. and reclaimed. <br />• The revision also includes an additional 2.29 acres of disturbance for the well pads and access roads <br />associated with the proposed additional wells. <br />The terms of Technical Revision No. 28 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1983- <br />194. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1983-194 remain in full force and effect. <br />Division staff will include the additional reclamation liability associated with TR-28 with the additional reclamation <br />costs associated with TR-29 which is currently undergoing technical review. <br />If you need additional information, please contact me at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Grand <br />Junction Field Office, 101 S. 3rd St., Suite 301, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, telephone no.
