Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />Dear Mr. Baker, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety received Northwest Aggregates application for a 110c <br />permit on January 26, 2010. Northwest Aggregates submitted corrected application documentation on <br />February 4th and February 23, 2010 and it now appears-complete for review. Per Rule 1.4.6(1) the <br />decision date is thirty (30) days from the date of this letter which is March 26th, 2010 provided all issues <br />have been addressed. <br />Per Rule 1.6.2(d) Northwest Aggregates must publish a public notice in the local newspaper once within <br />ten days of this letter. The public comment period shall run 10 days from the date of publication. <br />Please inform staff as soon as possible of the publication date by phone or e-mail so that the public <br />comment period can be clearly established.
