The most
recent map of the permit area in our files dates to 1999. Please submit for our review a map
indicating the extent of the Yoast Mine permit area. For our purposes, the appropriate portion
of a clearly identified 7.5 minute USGS topographic map is most useful, but any map indicating
the extent of the permit area with regard to section boundaries will suffice.
Thank you for the opportunity to comment. If we may be of further assistance please contact
Shina duVall, Section 106 Compliance Manager, at (303) 866-4674 or
shina.duvall(2chs.state.co.us.
Sincerely,
dward C.
